Absolutely disgusted at being charged £15.50 for a 1.3 mile journey! (No traffic or Festivals). Queried charge and we were told it’s because they’re a private company. Used Chiltern Cars on return journey and paid £8.50. Says it all!! No apologies from Henley Cars.

Could not fault the service we received from this firm for Taxis that took us from Henley to Ascot. Communication was great. Clean, tidy vehicles and courteous staff both as drivers and in the office.

Thank you for very good service yesterday. driver Gulfraz was excellent; he had difficulty finding our hotel at Heathrow-the fault of the hotel's inaccurate post code- but he stuck to it when others might not have done. On time, clean care and good customer relations.

They actually physically operate from Sonning Common and leave their filthy old cars outside my house rather than their own. Extremely unfriendly and unneighbourly

I received the best customer service i've ever received, I contacted the company about my item I left in one of their cars. they were very co operative and patient. when I contacted them , the guys at the office contacted their driver. They were able to find it and contacted me promptly to let me know that it would be kept safely in their office for me to collect. I am really pleased that they were able to do this for me. I know that they can get busy at times, so im glad that they took the time out to help me. Thank you again happy customer.
